Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Golden Global Solutions platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
Service Description
Golden Global Solutions provides staffing, recruitment, and workforce consulting services across the United States and Canada. Our platform connects employers with qualified candidates through our proprietary matching and vetting processes.
User Obligations
Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, use the platform only for lawful purposes, and not misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or company affiliation.
Payment Terms
All plan subscriptions are billed in USD. Annual plans are billed once per year, monthly plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Refund Policy
All plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, contact support for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for annual plans.
Placement Guarantee
Permanent placements include a 90-day replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within 90 days, Golden Global Solutions will provide a replacement search at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
Golden Global Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and proprietary technology on the Golden Global Solutions platform are owned by Golden Global Solutions. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, for US clients, and the Province of Ontario, Canada, for Canadian clients. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the applicable jurisdiction.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
